About the Artist
About the Artist
Lin Anderson was born on January 2nd 1968 in Richmond, VA. His early years were mostly
spent in the house or in the hospital due to complications with asthma. While in either of these
two places he developed a love for drawing and painting and by the age 8 you could tell that he
had a God given gift.
He attended high school at Midlothian High in Midlothian, VA, where he earned a football
scholarship to play at Arizona Western College. It was there that he decided that and artist is what
he truly wanted to be. After two years at AWC he transferred to Bemidji State University in

Minnesota on another football scholarship. There he worked hard to sharpen his skills as an artist
and in 1993 earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Illustration/Graphic Design.
In June on 1993 he opened his first design studio in Bemidji where he created wildlife and fantasy
art, portraits and logo designs. In July of 1995 he packed up and moved to Minneapolis and landed
a job working for a large printing company where he did research and development, and graphic
design.
It was there that he got his first big design job. He was to create a poster design for
M.A.D.D.or Mothers Against Drunk Driving. It was this job that set a fire in him that was fueled
by making people's ideas come to life through his art.
Today, Lin is the owner of No Limit Custom
Designs.
NLCD is a gallery and design studio  where he will create anything from t-shirt designs, to
wall murals, to portraits and graphic design, to auto and bike custom painting.
Now in his second
year in business, No Limit Custom Designs is starting to make Lin's dream come true. The dream
of
being one of the nations top artist.
